Project Description

Implementing management strategies that 1) reduce threats from human-caused disturbance, 2) are effective in the monitoring of abundance and distribution of focal species, and the resultant effect of management actions, and 3) provide for long-term protection of focal species and their habitats through development of agreements/conservation plans with land owners and/or managers are the primary objectives of this project. Project will protect critically important breeding, roosting, and foraging areas and support recovery of wintering shorebird species.
