Project Description

Ms. Del Angel received a B.S. in environmental science from the University of Texas at Brownsville and an M.S. from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Before her Science Policy Fellowship, she was a coastal geoscientist in the Coastal and Marine Geospatial Lab of the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies, where she participated in projects relating to coastal hazards and hurricane impacts and in stakeholder-driven coastal assessments and planning initiatives for Texas.
