Project Description
Ms. Mansfield received a B.A. from Hampshire College with a self-designed concentration on the political economy of petro-states. She received an M.A. in international affairs with a focus on energy policy and international security studies from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Her master’s thesis explored the relationship between oil and self-determination movements through case studies on Greenland and Iraq.
