Project Description
This study investigated coastal land building and compactional subsidence through soil stratigraphy analysis and subsidence modeling of the Mississippi River Deltaic Plain. Results from this project are intended to benefit the Coastal Master Plan’s restoration projects, such as marsh creation projects and sediment diversions
