Project Description
EPA will, through the Tampa Bay Estuary Program, fund planning activities in support of 7 projects across the TBEP geographic region; (1) Coopers Point Water Quality Improvement (City of Clearwater); (2) Bio-solids to Energy (City of St. Petersburg); (3) Copeland Park Stormwater Enhancements (City of Tampa); (4) Coastal Invasive Plant Removal (Hillsborough County); (5) Robinson Preserve Water Quality and Habitat Restoration (Manatee County); (6) Ft Desoto Recirculation and Seagrass Recovery (Pinellas County), and (7) Palm River Habitat and Water Quality Restoration Phase II (Southwest Florida Water Management District). If funded in the future, these projects would be implemented.
