Project Description
This project will protect 5,436 acres of primarily forested wetlands in the Atchafalaya Basin in Southeast Louisiana through fee title acquisition. The Atchafalaya Basin provides flood protection and critical habitat for over 300 species, including Mallard, Ring-necked Duck, Lesser Scaup.
