Project Description

This project will provide data and models to represent the existing Mississippi River below the Old River Control Structure (ORCS) is necessary to properly assess the operation and parameters of the Mississippi River & Tributaries (MR&T) system with respect to the available fresh water, nutrients and sediment transported by the river system, while considering the requirements for flood control and navigation along the river.
