Project Description
Restore 7.5 miles of critical beach and dune habitat on the easternmost end of the Caminada Headland. Sand from offshore will be used to restore 455 acres of beach and dune habitat. In addition to restoring and protecting important coastal habitat, the restoration will provide storm buffering to Port Fourchon.
