Project Description
The Kiln Utility And Fire District Water Infrastructure Expansion Project Grant Will Be Awarded To The Mississippi Department Of Environmental Quality Mdeq Under The Restore Act Direct Component Program For Infrastructure Upgrades To Support Current And Future Development In The Project Area. The Objectives Of The Project Are To Meet Current And Future Water Demands Near Kiln-Delisle Road And Kapalama Drive By Making Infrastructure Improvements And Providing Opportunity For Economic Development. Activities Necessary To Complete This Project May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Engineering And Design, Permitting, Construction Site Preparation, And Construction. The Project Will Benefit The Coastal Communities Of The Mississippi Gulf Coast Region. The Subrecipient, Kiln Utility And Fire District, Will Carry Out The Scope Of Work For The Project.
