Project Description
The project will provide for the preparation of a draft and final Texas Trustee Implementation Group Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment #3: Restoration of Wetland, Coastal and Nearshore Habitats (RP/EA #3). This includes support for activities related to RP/EA #3, including development and drafting of the following materials: a draft and final RP/EA #3, other environmental compliance documents, administrative record materials, and public meeting materials. In addition, funds may be used to conduct planning activities prior to the execution of a project-specific resolution authorizing the use of funds for implementation of projects selected in a final RP/EA #3.
