Project Description
The MCCC Parking Lot Safety and Security Improvements grant is awarded to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality under the RESTORE Act Direct Component to support infrastructure benefitting the economy of the Gulf Coast Region by supporting the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Centers site capacity improvement, which will enhance opportunities to attract more conventions and events. The project objective is to implement site safety improvements at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. The project will benefit the coastal communities of the Gulf Coast Region. The subrecipient, Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center, will carry out the scope of work for the project.
