The North Santa Rosa Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Grant Is Awarded To Santa Rosa County, Florida Under The Restore Act Direct Component Program To Construct A Wastewater Facility At 8580 Transition Road, Milton, Fl 32583 The Objective Of The Project Is To Construct A New Wastewater Treatment Facility With Capacity Up To 6 0 Mgd Capacity That Will Result In Increased Capacity To The Service Area Within The County The Project Will Benefit The Communities In Santa Rosa County The Subrecipient For This Project Is The City Of Milton
