Project Description
The Gulf Seafood Marketing Program project is awarded to Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) under the RESTORE Act Direct Component program to support the promotion of the consumption of Gulf seafood. The project objective is to implement seafood marketing and promotion efforts and to promote the consumption of seafood harvested from the Gulf Coast Region. The project will benefit the coastal communities of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Region. The subrecipient, Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, will carry out the scope of work for the project.
