Project Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR), an eligible applicant as designated by the Alabama Gulf Coast Recovery Council requested by application $14,111,594.00 in Direct Component funds for Baldwin County Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) Capacity Improvements - Project 4 North. The City of Gulf Shores, ADCNR’s subrecipient, will complete the construction; the total cost for this project is $14,111,594.00. ALDOT Capacity Project 4 North, is one of five road improvements projects included in ADCNR’s multiyear implementation plan (MYP) project #8. Treasury accepted ADCNR’s MYP on November 19, 2018. The goal of the project is to improve transportation infrastructure and include multi-modal connectivity in Baldwin County, AL.
