Project Description
The University Of Southern Mississippi Ocean Enterprise Entrepreneurship Program Project Is Awarded To Mississippi Department Of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) Under The Restore Act Direct Component Program To Develop A Combined Degree Program Within Existing University Of Southern Mississippi Units That Will Provide Training And Education In Both Ocean Engineering And Business Principles. The Project Objective Is To Support Development And Implementation Of The Usm Ocean Enterprise Entrepreneurship Program To Provide Workforce Training And Job Creation. The Project Will Benefit Coastal Communities Of The Gulf Coast Region. The Subrecipient, University Of Southern Mississippi Will Carry Out Implementation Of The Project.
