Project Description
This project is intended to fund a planning study to identify the needs, research, survey, and suggest solutions with estimated costs for the rebuilding and stabilization of dunes throughout Franklin County for coastal flood protection. The request is for grant services and a preliminary design and feasibility study for the proposed 16-miles of beach which includes the St. George Island residential area, Carrabelle Beach, Alligator Point and Bald Point.
