Project Description
This proposed project is for the construction of the MGCCC CSET to provide infrastructure needed to enhance the community college’s workforce training capacity. Based on MGCCC’s preliminary planning, the facility is anticipated to be approximately 20,000 square feet and include multiuse spaces (classrooms), classrooms that can be opened into larger spaces, instructor offices, secure storage space, workroom, IT room, conference room, restrooms, and third space(s) for student/trainees.
