Project Description
This proposed project is to develop an Environmental Inpact Statement and an Inlet and Beach Management Plan which are required by federal and state permitting agencies as the first steps in the county’s initiative to re‐open the historical East Pass. Bay County anticipates re‐opening the pass will improve water quality and estuarine habitat in St. Andrew Bay.
