The project is for the fabrication and installation of ten five-foot tall fiberglass clams and informational plaques for the promotion of tourism. The clams will be painted by local artists and located along streets, near local businesses, and within county and state parks. Visitors following the clam trail will find clues and information about shellfish and how they enhance the coastal environment.
