Project Description
The purpose of the project is to construct Blackwater Heritage State Trail improvements, including a vault toilet restroom, water filling station and water fountains, and 16 benches, and repairs, including bridge abutments, root upheavals, and sidewalk transitions, along the 8.1 mile heritage trail in Santa Rosa County.
