Project Description

This project will conduct vessel-based photo-identification surveys for abundance, distribution, density, and survival of marine mammals in Louisiana. This effort will support the understanding of baseline population conditions that will be used to evaluate the effects of implementing DWH Natural Resource Damage Assessment and other restoration projects.
