Project Description

This project will produce a draft and final restoration plan and support stakeholder engagement for the following Restoration Types: Marine Mammals, Sea Turtles, Fish and Water Column Invertebrates, and Mesophotic and Deep Benthic Communities. Project activities will include stakeholder engagement prior to the release of a draft Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment; production of a draft and final restoration plan, incorporating public comment; planning and logistics associated with the completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents related to the restoration plan; logistical support for public review meetings for the draft restoration plan, including meeting facilitation, translation services, security, and organizing and summarizing public comments; and assisting Trustees with producing restoration related information/documents for the Administrative Record, the case file, or requests made under the Freedom of Information Act.
