This project is for construction of a series of artificial reefs using secondary use materials composed of new concrete stormwater pipes and connection boxes and salvage steel material. Bay County will create the artificial reefs by placing an estimated 1,000 tons of donated material in permitted sites and will promote the new reefs availability for recreational use on the County's artificial reef website.
