Project Description

The goal of this program is the restoration and protection of natural resources, ecosystems, fisheries, marine and wildlife habitats, beaches, and coastal wetlands of the Texas Gulf Coast Region through the planning and implementation of four restoration projects: 1. Lower San Bernard River Ecosystem Restoration, 2. Salt Bayou – McFaddin Beach Marsh Ecosystem and Beach Restoration, 3. Shamrock Island Restoration - Phase III, and 4. Galveston Beneficial Use of Dredged Material.
